  I USED to love going to DD every morning before work. The manager at the time was very pleasant and I always got amazing service and food/coffee. Well now since they've gotten new management, it's beyond awful. You have to tell them your order 2 or 3 times. Wait 20 minutes for them to ask you again what you ordered and not have a single item ready. The food is now always burnt. Coffee always wrong. Don't even get me started on the customer service. I wouldn't even give one star if it was possible. A lot of things need to change. No longer stopping at this location.

  I stop at this dunking donuts everyday for the past two years. I always have my coffee same thing everyday. They have come to know me. I'm usually very please with the service I get from the gentleman Mike who has been there the longest. He has the biggest smile, always remembers my order, honestly he gives me the best customer service I have ever experienced from anywhere and I am waitress.. But everything else besides Mike. Is absolutely horrible! The donuts taste like there is chemicals in the oven there baking in. I wonder when the last time they cleaned it. Some days they will close not because of a legit reason. This week alone has been twice and it's only Wednesday! If the employees are late showing up that makes them late making the coffees and donuts and they will tell you they don't have it or it won't be till later. All because they didn't show up on time. I don't even know who the manager is but there is one lady that has also been there for a long time she is the nastiest woman. She speaks to you like your nothing! Never smiles! She literally told me as I walked up to the counter we ain't got your coffee what you want?? Omg it's just horrible. Unfortunately this is the only dunking donuts in the area and I'm addicted to your coffee my morning literally doesn't start till I have it. I have held my tounge for a long time after countlessly being mis treated and witnessing the worse customer service I have ever seen. But its time to make some changes I'm calling the corporate office today also.
