  It's not often that a place like Chuck E Cheese is overly accommodating to a child with special needs, mostly because of the overwhelming majority of children that go that do not have disabilities and the inability of a small staff to cater to specific needs. However, this location has astounded me with their compassion and understanding in regards to my child and his love for this establishment. My child has autism and has been coming to Chuck E Cheese for over ten years, probably amounting to almost a thousand visits in his lifetime (collecting thousands of tokens and tickets along the way). It is his favorite place in the world, so much so that it is essentially a requirement that wherever we go has a Chuck E Cheese nearby, and it is incredibly important to us that he is able to enjoy himself there when we take him. When we go to Myrtle Beach we take the trip multiple times throughout the week to Florence, SC so he can go to Chuck E Cheese, and this past experience was so great that I had to comment on it. The manager at the branch in Florence, SC treated us better than ever expected, with generosity and understanding that truly made our experience. We will make sure to come back to this branch every time we are in South Carolina, and we hope this branch follows the example of the current manager (whose name I unfortunately do not know, but she is a blonde female) who has a heart of gold and a true love for children.

  My niece came from Charleston to help celebrate my granddaughters 4th birthday and was told she had to leave because of a dress code we had no clue of. The young man at the door let her in he had no problem with it. This manager confronted my 16 year old niece in an abruptly manner disregarded the adults at the table. Upset my niece and my sister even threatened to call police on us and she was the one causing a scene. This was totally blown out of proportion over a crop top shirt. There were three other employees that helped make the situation better they saw how she mistreated us. There were other customers with similar tops on. The mean manager also yelled at my niece as she was leaving HAVE A NICE DAY AND COVER UP...
