  I used to love this Chili's. The last three times that I've gone, which would be the last year, my orders have been messed up and the food hasn't been good. I will probably not waste my money there again.

  kya was our waitress and she was great. She was super bubbly, polite and knowledgeable of the menu. Food was great too. Thanks again.

  This particular location has literally the worst service of any Chili's that I have been to. I was here for a late lunch and late dinner, both times I sat at the bar and watched as the bartender asked for my order and the did not enter it, she waited at least 5 min at lunch and 2-3 min at "dinner" (I would understand if she was talking to other patrons or mixing drinks but no she cleaned dishes till she glanced over and saw me again). For lunch (at 3pm) I ordered Burger Bites and it took a half hour for the food to come out and the fries were cold. For "dinner" I stopped at chips and queso because she rang in the chips and queso but brought out chips and salsa and said she would bring the queso out later (it has currently been 15 min since the chips appeared but no sign of the queso).
